CARD RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS
Here are instructions to renew your medical marijuana card in Florida.The Florida Health Department handles all the renewals. They have a website, the medical marijuana use registry and the url is https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/
Go online to the mmu registy.flhealth.gov
Click the blue menu button on the bottom of your screen
Click log in
Username is your email address
Paste in the password you copied from the email
Click the login button
- Must be 10 characters
- Must have at least 1 uppercase letter
- Must have at least 1 lowercase letters
- Must have at least 1 number
- Must have at least 1 special character
Once your logged in Go to the blue menu button on the bottom of your screen
Click your card
Click the begin renewal button
Scroll all the way down to the bottom and click the apply button in the bottom left
- Click the Apply button again
Click the supply photo button
-Click the check state Id photo button
- Click the proceed button
Scroll down to the "proof of residency" section
Click the supply proof button
- Click the check state residency status button
- Click proceed
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of your screen
- Click the apply button
- Click apply again
Scroll down to the ‘signature’ section
Type in your first and last name
**MAKE SURE IT IS SPELT EXACTLY HOW THEY HAVE IT IN BOLD ABOVE**
Click the submit button
Click the close button
Scroll down to the ‘payment record’ section
Click the Click here to pay online to pay the $77.75 state fee
Switch to bank account tab or the credit card tab
Make payment
Put in your email address to receive confirmation
Once you receive the confirmation page you’re all done!
